- 2 – 2 ½ pounds chicken legs
- 2 ½ teaspoons Kosher salt
- 1 ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons oil (avocado, canola, or olive oil)
