Place the chicken in the crockpot over the potatoes. I like to add a little water or broth to my slow cooker to retain moisture. Next add the carrots and Italian seasoning.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-32343-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Cook on high 1\/2 to 2 hours or on low 4-5 hours until chicken is tender and carrots and potatoes are soft. The amount of time will depend on the thickness of your chicken breasts and if your slow cooker runs hot.
