- Start with preheating the Air fryer at 325℉/163℃ for 3 minutes.
- Put the cashew nuts in the Air Fryer basket. If you want to use oil, put the cashews in a bowl and drizzle a ¼ teaspoon of oil on top of the cashews. You need very little oil to coat the cashews.
- Swirl the cashews to coat them with oil. Using oil will make the salt stick better.
- Cook the cashews for 6 to 8 minutes. Shake the basket halfway through so all sides can brown and you can check if the cashews are golden yet.
- When the cashews are golden brown take them out of the Air Fryer else extend the cooking time by a minute until golden brown. If you extend the cooking time shake the basket again before extending the cooking time.
- When the cooking time is done take the cashews out of the Air Fryer.
