Ingredients

  • 4-5 Frozen Haddock Fillets
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon each Garlic powder and Onion granules
  • ¼ teaspoon Parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions

  • Run the haddock fillets under tap water to get the ice off them and pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels.
  • Mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, parsley, onion granules, black pepper and salt.
  • Brush the seasoning mix all over the frozen haddock fillets.
  • Arrange the seasoned haddock in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry haddock for 4 minutes, flip, and air fry for 4-6 more minutes.
  • Bring it out of the air and let it rest for a few minutes to redistribute the juice inside.

    Serve and enjoy.

Notes

    • No need to thaw the fish first. Cook it from frozen.
    • Deglazing the haddock fillets will let the seasoning adhere to the fish.
    • Try different seasonings for variation in taste.
    • Arrange the haddock in a single layer. Don’t overcrowd the air fryer.
  • Let the fish rest for a few minutes before serving.
