Ingredients
- 4 fish fillets, about 5–6 oz (140–170g) each
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Brush the butter mixture generously over both sides of the fish.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3 minutes.
- Lightly grease the basket and place the fish fillets in a single layer.
- Air fry for 8–12 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets.
- The fish is ready when it flakes easily with a fork and reaches 145°F (63°C) internally.
- Drizzle with any remaining garlic butter and serve with fresh lemon wedges.
