- Toss with the olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 20–25 minutes, shaking the basket every 8–10 minutes, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve immediately while hot and crispy.
Optional Seasonings
- 🌿 Italian seasoning
- 🧄 Fresh minced garlic (add during the last 5 minutes)
- 🌶️ Paprika or smoked paprika
- 🧀 Grated Parmesan cheese
- 🌱 Fresh parsley or rosemary
Tips
- Don’t overcrowd the basket—cook in batches if needed.
- Cutting the potatoes into similar-sized pieces helps them cook evenly.
- For extra crispy potatoes, soak the cut potatoes in cold water for 20–30 minutes, then dry them thoroughly before seasoning.
