Ingredients
- 2 slices bread
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon butter or olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 2–3 minutes.
- Press the center of each bread slice down with the back of a spoon, creating a shallow well.
- Lightly butter the bread.
- Carefully crack one egg into each well.
- Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place the bread carefully in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 6–9 minutes.
- Add cheese during the final 1–2 minutes if desired.
- Remove carefully and serve immediately.
