Tips for the Best Roast Beef
- ✔️ Use a meat thermometer for the most accurate results.
- ✔️ Let the roast come to room temperature before cooking.
- ✔️ Don’t skip the resting time—it helps the juices redistribute.
- ✔️ Slice against the grain for the most tender bites.
- ✔️ Avoid overcrowding the air fryer to allow hot air to circulate.

Storage & Reheating
- Refrigerate: Store sliced roast beef in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
- Freeze: Freeze for up to 3 months.
- Reheat: Warm gently in the air fryer at 160°C (320°F) for 3–5 minutes, or until just heated through.
Pro Tip: For the juiciest roast beef, remove it from the air fryer when it’s about 3–5°C (5–10°F) below your desired final temperature. The roast will continue cooking as it rests, giving you perfectly cooked beef every time. 🥩✨
