Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef (80/20 is ideal)
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- Cheese slices (optional)
- Your favorite toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, ketchup, mustard, or mayo
Instructions
- Prepare the patties
- In a bowl, gently combine the ground beef with Worcestershire sauce (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Divide into 4 equal portions and form patties about ½ inch (1.25 cm) thick.
- Press a small indentation in the center of each patty to help prevent puffing.
- Preheat the air fryer
- Preheat to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Cook
- Arrange the patties in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- If adding cheese, place a slice on each burger during the last 1 minute of cooking.
