My Favorite Brands of Smoked Sausage
Aidells: One of my favorite brands due to their variety of flavors. My favorites are Chicken & Apple and Cajun Andouille.
Hillshire Farm: The U-shaped sausage is a classic I grew up on. It’s easy to find and comes in flavors like Cajun Style Andouille, Chicken Hardwood, Polska Kielbasa, and Turkey Smoked. For this recipe, just cut it into 4 pieces before air frying.
Store Brand: Don’t skip your store’s brand! They’re often just as tasty and come in a wide range of flavors.
