🛒 Ingredients
– 700g ground beef (or a mixture of beef and pork)
– 1 egg
– 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
– 1/4 cup milk
– 1 small onion, finely chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
– 2 tablespoons ketchup
For the glaze:
– 3 tablespoons ketchup
– 1 tablespoon mustard
– 1 tablespoon honey

1. Mix the milk with the breadcrumbs and let it sit for 5 minutes.
2. In a large bowl, add the ground beef, egg, onion, garlic, parsley, spices, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and the breadcrumb mixture.
3. Gently combine all ingredients without overworking the mixture to retain the meat’s moisture.
4. Form a compact patty that fits in the air fryer basket.
5. Mix the glaze ingredients and spread them evenly over the patty.
6. Place it on perforated or lightly greased baking paper.
🌡️ Cooking Instructions
– Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 3 minutes.
– Cook the patty for 30 to 35 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
– After 20 minutes, add an extra layer of glaze.
– It will be ready when it reaches an internal temperature of 71°C (160°F) or when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clear.
