- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for 3 minutes.
- Arrange the potato rounds in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if needed.
- Air fry for 10–12 minutes, then flip each slice.
- Cook for another 8–10 minutes, until the potatoes are tender with crispy, golden-brown Parmesan edges.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Optional Dipping Sauces
- Garlic aioli
- Ranch dressing
- Sour cream with chives
- Spicy sriracha mayo
- Marinara sauce
Tips for Extra Crispiness
- Soak the sliced potatoes in cold water for 20–30 minutes, then dry them thoroughly before seasoning.
- Use freshly grated Parmesan instead of pre-shredded for the crispiest cheese crust.
- Avoid overcrowding the basket so hot air can circulate.
- If desired, spray the potatoes lightly with cooking oil during the last 3–4 minutes for even more browning.
These potato rounds are crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and have irresistible golden Parmesan edges—perfect as a snack, appetizer, or side dish for burgers, chicken, or steak.
