Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp salt (optional)
- Lemon wedges, for serving
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
- Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil and all the seasonings until evenly coated.
- Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Don’t overcrowd the basket—cook in batches if needed.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 6–8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Shrimp are done when they’re pink, opaque, and lightly golden.
- Serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges and a sprinkle of parsley.
