Ingredients
- 2 ribeye steaks (10–12 oz / 280–340g each, about 1 inch thick)

- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary or thyme (optional)
Instructions
- Bring to room temperature: Remove the steaks from the refrigerator 20–30 minutes before cooking.
- Preheat: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Season: Pat the steaks dry with paper towels. Rub both sides with olive oil, then season with the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Cook: Place the steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
