- Olive oil– olive oil is a healthier choice, but feel free to use whatever you like

- 3 tbsps. olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 tsp. Tuscan garlic seasoning, I used McCormick brand, use your favorite
- 1 tsp. paprika
- ½ tsp. black pepper, fresh cracked
- ½ tsp. salt, or more to taste
- ½ tsp. crushed rosemary , dry or fresh is you prefer
Instructions

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.

Wash the potatoes and cube them. Rinse with cold water and pat them dry. Transfer them to a bowl.

In a large bowl, toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, and seasonings until evenly coated.

Transfer and spread the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. Air fry in two batches if needed.
