Ingredients
200g all-purpose flour
80g butter, at room temperature
80g sugar
1 egg
50g raisins
1 tsp (5g) baking powder
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Preparation:
In a bowl, beat the butter and sugar until creamy.
Add the egg and vanilla, and mix well.
Add the flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
Add the raisins and distribute them evenly.
Shape the dough into 4 or 6 portions and place them on baking paper in the air fryer basket.
Cook at 160°C (325°F) for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes and enjoy your cookies warm or at room temperature.
